Plasloc’s freestanding modular internal hoarding systems are structurally tested and certified to meet UK standards such as BS 6180:2011. It has a proven track record of delivery across thousands of projects for hundreds of clients and is a well-respected go-to for internal screening.
Temporary Hoarding Height
As standard, our indoor hoarding is available at 1.2m or 2.4m in height but can be adapted up to 3m. For any temporary hoarding higher than the metres specified please see our demo wall system.
Bespoke Temporary Hoarding Solutions
If you need something a little special, check out our optional extras such as our innovative cable and lighting containment module or add a TV screen or a window. Alternatively you can tell us what you want and we will find a internal hoarding solution tailored to you. We enjoy a challenge.
Environmentally Proficient Solution
Our Environmentally focused patented system is a blend of function and form utilising recycled plastic. Our internal hoarding is the smart and sustainable hoarding solution designed as a multi-use product which in turn returns the raw materials back into the plastic industry at the end of its useable life. The internal hoarding product is ideally suited for retail or commercial environments but is equally suitable for use in offices or hospitals.

All Plasloc’s internal hoarding systems come in clean white surface, which is ideal for branding up with your logo and safety information. Alternatively, you could sell the space for third-party advertising or simply keep it white and enjoy the professional pristine finish of your temporary hoarding system. The Plasloc boards can be painted or printed up with Vinyl graphics, or if you are looking for something more permanent that can be moved throughout the project or even to a different worksite, Diabond or Foamex could be an ideal solution.

To comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, all employers and the self-employed must take reasonable steps to ensure the safety of the general public. The implication of this is that construction sites need a protective boundary, with site hoarding being the most fitting solution. This has led to a demand for hoarding construction systems .
Who is responsible for construction hoarding?
The principal contractor has responsibility for construction site hoarding. However, whether they wish to design the hoarding construction themselves or employ a subcontractor to do it for them is their choice.
When do construction hoardings need to be in place?
Before any construction work starts. In most cases within the construction industry, this is essential to protect site workers and comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015 and other relevant guidance.
How long should hoardings last?
Hoarding construction needs to last for as long as the construction is taking place on a particular site. However, whilst the length of time will depend on the individual project circumstances, the standard acceptable lifespan of site hoarding is 10 years.

How does Plasloc fit together?
All sections of Plasloc hoarding are connected with a traditional tongue and groove joint and compression lock which removes the need for any fixings such as nails and screws and reduces any cutting and drilling to limit potential damage. It also requires no ground penetration, so it can easily be installed at the start of the project and removed at the end of it, to suit all your hoarding construction needs.
